I contract with The Lactation Network. They bill some insurance policies and cover the entire cost of a visit minus any travel fees. The Lactation Network can check your insurance benefits and obtain pre-approval prior to booking your consultation. I encourage anyone with commercial insurance to apply as TLN adds new policies. If you do not have insurance or your insurance is not covered by The Lactation Network, payment is due at the time of booking. I will provide a super bill so you can seek reimbursement for services. Although the ACA mandates lactation services, reimbursement is not guaranteed.

If needing to cancel or reschedule, this must be communicated at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice from the scheduled appointment time is subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No cancellation fee will be charged due to illness if the appointment is rescheduled within 5-10 days. Cancellation fees are not eligible for insurance reimbursement and a superbill will not be provided for them.

Yes, I do! There is a $30 fee for multiples for all postpartum visits.
